Notice of MainPower Trust Annual Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Beneficiaries of the MainPower Trust will be held on Wednesday 26 August 2026 at the MainPower head office building, 172 Fernside Road, Rangiora following the Annual General Meeting of MainPower New Zealand Limited which will commence at 9:00am.
If there are any circumstances, that make holding a physical meeting impractical, the MainPower Trust may determine to hold the meeting online by audio-visual or audio means. Notice of this determination will be published on the MainPower Trust website (www.mainpowertrust.co.nz) by 5:00pm on Monday 24 August.

- Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held 20 August 2025.
- Adoption of Annual Report.
- To appoint Deloitte as Auditor in accordance with Section 101 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010 and to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
- To consider any general business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
All members of the public are invited to attend.
